Christopher Cash BA, HDip
Originally from Ireland, I lived in several European countries before coming to settle in Paris. These experiences have given me a personal understanding of the many challenges involved in adapting to life in a new country. I am passionate about helping individuals find their place in the world, get to know themselves better through therapy and, of course, improve their mental health in the process. In my sessions, I like to create a warm, inviting space based on mutual respect, trust, and collaboration.

I specialise in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), the treatment with the most demonstrated efficacy for mental health issues such as depression and anxiety.
I have a Higher Diploma in Psychology from University College Dublin, am a graduate member of the Psychological Society of Ireland, and am completing my training in Clinical Psychology at Utrecht University. I work concurrently at Bodywhys, The Eating Disorders Association of Ireland, where I help young people and families dealing with issues of body image and disordered eating.

Problems I have experience treating include:

-
Anxiety & Worry
-
Social Phobia
-

-
Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
-

I would be very happy to help you explore whatever issues you are facing in an empathetic, non-judgemental, and confidential environment.
